Refund Policy

What happens when a session has to move, and when money comes back.

Last updated: August 15, 2026.

Scheduling a session reserves cage time and an instructor's hours that cannot be resold at short notice. This policy tries to be fair in both directions: real flexibility for life, and protection against last-minute holes in the schedule.

Cancelling or rescheduling a single session

• 24 hours or more notice — reschedule at no charge, or receive a full refund if you prefer.

• Less than 24 hours notice — we will always try to move you, but the session may be charged in full if the time cannot be filled.

• No-show — an athlete who does not arrive and does not make contact is charged in full.

To cancel or reschedule, call or text 313-478-3086 or email hitting2.0bball@gmail.com. The notice clock starts when we receive your message.

Illness and injury

Do not bring a sick athlete in to protect a fee. Tell us what is going on and we will move the session without charge, including inside the 24-hour window. The same goes for a fresh injury. This is applied in good faith and depends on it being used in good faith.

Weather and facility closures

If we cancel because of weather, a facility closure, or instructor illness, you are always offered either a rescheduled session or a full refund, at your choice.

Late arrival

Sessions start and end at their scheduled time so the next athlete is not pushed back. If you arrive late, we use whatever time remains. Lost time is not refunded and cannot usually be added to the end of the session.

Packages (tiers 1–3)

• Packages are discounted because they are bought as a block, so they are not refundable once training has begun.

• If you have not used any sessions, a package may be refunded in full within 14 days of purchase.

• If you need to stop partway through for a significant reason — a season-ending injury, a move out of the area — contact us. We will credit unused sessions or work out a fair partial refund, calculated at our standard single-session rate for the sessions already used.

• Packages are transferable to a sibling or teammate. Just tell us.

• Any expiration window is stated in writing when the package is purchased.

Hybrid program

The hybrid program is billed for a defined period agreed in writing before it starts. In-person sessions inside a hybrid program follow the single-session rules above. Remote review work already delivered is not refundable. To stop at the end of a billing period, tell us before the next one begins.

Team training

Team sessions reserve a substantial block of time and often involve travel. Cancel with 7 days or more notice for a full refund. Inside 7 days we will make every effort to reschedule; if no alternative date works, a portion of the fee may be retained to cover the reserved time. Weather cancellations on our end are always rescheduled or fully refunded.

How refunds are issued

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days depending on the card issuer or bank.

Something went wrong?

If a session did not deliver what you expected, tell us directly rather than absorbing it. Call 313-478-3086 or email hitting2.0bball@gmail.com. We would rather make it right than keep money from a family that was not served well.
